In this article, read about key activities that Cluster experts managed to implement during 2022.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"757\" src=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01-1024x757.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2129\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01-1024x757.png 1024w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01-300x222.png 300w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01-768x568.png 768w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01-500x370.png 500w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/results_cluster_eng-01.png 1151w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Training sessions and webinars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responding to challenges caused by the war, in April-May, we <a href=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/news\/zaversheno-programy-vebinariv\/\">conducted<\/a> the training <strong>\u00abPsychosocial Support for Teachers and Students in Wartime\u00bb<\/strong>. 15 webinars were attended by 64 primary education trainers of trainers\/teacher trainers from In-service Teacher Training Institutions and NUS coordinators (grades 5-6). As a follow-up, 22 supervision sessions were organized in July-September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later, in November-December, the similar training was held for 74 educators from the Departments of Primary Education and Psychology of 24 pilot higher education institutions that cooperate with the Learning Together project. The training program was adapted for educators of higher education institutions who work with teacher students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These programs were implemented by a team of Ukrainian experts, consisting of psychologists and psychotherapists Oksana Ruda, Tetiana Hnida, Victoriia Soloviova and Olha Pastukhova.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experience of implementation of these programs has shown that in difficult times of war, Ukrainian educators need support, in particular, psycho-emotional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October-December, Cluster 1 <a href=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/news\/zaversheno-programy-vebinariv\/\">conducted<\/a> a series of webinars <strong>\u00abInformation and Communication Technologies in Pedagogy\u00bb,<\/strong> which also consisted of 15 webinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinars were attended by 209 representatives of In-service Teacher Training Institutions \u2013 teacher trainers and NUS coordinators in charge of implementation of new educational standards in grades 5-6. The program was conducted by Finnish experts Dr. Minna Lakkala and Dr. Liisa Ilom\u00e4ki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trainees had the opportunity to enhance their competencies for using digital technology in distance\/online and hybrid education, for applying a learner-centered approach to learning, organizing collaborative learning and strengthening student communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"646\" src=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/ict_webinars_2-1024x646.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/ict_webinars_2-1024x646.png 1024w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/ict_webinars_2-300x189.png 300w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/ict_webinars_2-768x484.png 768w, https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/ict_webinars_2.png 1088w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Another program held in 2022 is <strong>\u00abMentoring in Teaching Practice\u00bb.<\/strong> As part of the program, Finnish experts Anja Huurinainen-Kosunen and Riia Palmqvist <a href=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/news\/zaversheno-programy-vebinariv\/\">conducted<\/a> 15 webinars for educators of higher educational institutions from the Departments of Primary Education and teachers of base schools where students of these higher educational institutions undergo their teaching practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program was devoted, in particular, to the value and role of practical training of students, and the trainees got acquainted with the peculiarities of mentors&#8217; work with teacher students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, during the past year, in June, the series of 6 webinars on mentoring was attended by 164 primary education teacher trainers from In-service Teacher Training Institutions and NUS coordinators (grades 5-6).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Preparation of training materials<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute for Education Development we <a href=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/news\/dopomoga-dityam-v-chasy-vijny-prezentovano-buklet-z-upravlinnya-perezhyvannyamy\/\">presented<\/a> the <strong>booklet \u00abKip Crew Manages Their Worries\u00bb for 4-9-year-old children<\/strong>.
