It is about the features and best practices of Finnish higher pedagogical education.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinars will deepen the understanding of the teacher&#8217;s professional development and provide tools for the teacher&#8217;s practical activities. The webinar program is designed to familiarize educators with the ideas of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finnish initial teacher education: primary and secondary school teacher education structure, content and teaching practices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a school as a learning organization, professional learning community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guided teaching practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordings of webinars will also introduce the peculiarities of the path of professional development of a teacher and provide tools for the practical activities of a teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the topics covered in the webinars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the Finnish approach \u2013 growth to profession of a teacher during studies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teaching practice \u2013 theories and principles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tools for growth for teaching;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mentoring of a university teacher during pedagogical practice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>school and home cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The full program and recordings of 15 webinars are available <a href=\"https:\/\/nushub.org.ua\/lt\/courses\/programa-vebinariv-nastavnycztvo-v-pedagogichnij-praktyczi\/\">at the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecturers of the webinars were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M-s Anja Huurinainen-Kosunen \u2013 Master of Arts, Teacher, Viikki Teacher Training School of the University of Helsinki;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D-r Riia Palmqvist \u2013 counselor of Education in the Finnish National Agency for Education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D-r Anni Loukomies \u2013 University Lecturer and Teacher, Viikki Teacher Training School, University of Helsinki, Faculty of Educational Sciences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recordings of webinars of the &#8220;Mentoring in Teaching Practice&#8221; program have been published on our website.
