A Series of Webinars on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in the Educational Process Has Been Launched

We have launched webinars «Information and Communication Technologies in Pedagogy» for NUS coordinators from In-Service Teacher Training Institutions. The series of six webinars conducted by the Learning Together project started on 25 November and will last until 16 December.


The webinars are designed to enhance competencies for using digital technology in distance/online and hybrid education as well as to share good practices and experimental solutions of distance/online education in Ukraine and Finland.

Webinars for teachers are conducted by Finnish and Ukrainian experts. The key Finnish trainers are Dr. Minna Lakkala and Dr. Liisa Isomäki. The participants will also be able to share their best experience of using ICT in pedagogy.

The main focus will be on teaching-learning practices in grades 5-6. In general, webinar participants will get familiarize with the following topics:

  • pedagogy and practices of distance/online learning,
  • use of digital technology in distance/online learning,
  • planning of distance/online teaching,
  • providing support to students during distance/online studies,
  • online assessment,
  • promoting a collaborative learning community,
  • sharing good practices in Finland and Ukraine.

The program completion certificate will be issued to participants who take part in at least 80% of the program.
