During 2021, the Learning Together Project in cooperation with the Online Education Studio EdEra developed online courses for educators – on the inclusive environment at school and on modern evaluation practices. Read more about these courses below.

«School for All»

This online course is dedicated to organizing an inclusive educational environment at school. The course, consisting of 9 modules, will help teachers create and maintain an inclusive educational environment, teach them how to succeed in diverse classrooms and build interaction with colleagues and parents.

The course will be useful for teachers of all grades and disciplines, practical psychologists, educational managers, teacher and child assistants, special education and social care teachers, and students’ parents.

Course lectures are well-balanced in terms of theory and practice, and the video is complemented by visual aids that help understand and remember information. The studies will also be supported by templates, guidelines, and checklists.

«Evaluation without Devaluation»

This is an online course about modern evaluation practices designed to help teachers make the evaluation process as efficient as possible. The 4 modules will introduce the trainees to the system, culture and tools of evaluation, enable them to compare Ukrainian and Finnish experiences and borrow the best. The trainees will also learn how to put their knowledge into practice.

The course contains a practical toolkit – infographics and examples of various evaluation tools that can be adapted to teachers’ needs and applied during the evaluation. The course also contains interviews with teachers-practitioners where the educators share their successful experience in implementing new evaluation practices at various subjects.

The online course is designed for primary school teachers, educational managers and student’s parents/guardians.

Both courses are free of charge, contain additional training materials, tests for self-reflection and consolidation of acquired knowledge as well as forums where the trainees can communicate, share their own ideas and be inspired by their peers’ experience. Upon completion of each course, the trainees will receive a 30-hour certificate and 1 ECTS credit.

The courses have been popular among teachers since their publication. As of the beginning of 2022, 44,529 learners registered for the online course «School for All», and 26,226 have already received certificates. At the same time, 30,231 learners registered for the course «Evaluation without Devaluation», and 14,090 received certificates.

The courses were developed by the Learning Together Project in cooperation with the Online Education Studio EdEra. They were funded by the EU and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
